In March, we were thrilled to host colleagues and partners at our UEL International Study Centre, for a hugely successful event to launch our China focused recruitment partnership. Even Gavin Tan, our East Asia Director was able to join on his second day in his new position with us.
To kick things off, our colleagues Sunil from Nepal, and Norman and Zeva from China came to East London to spend time with centre colleagues and students on a range of initiatives, including jointly hosting agent visits to the centre.
We then launched our China recruitment focused partnership with the University at a long-awaited event expertly organised by our central sales and marketing team. Agents, University and Malvern staff came together on campus to experience showcases from the ISC and schools across the University, in a packed day and evening meal where we officially launched our partnership with senior UEL staff in attendance.
Once the centre returned to its usual learning and teaching focus, Simon reflected; “it was brilliant welcoming guests from across the UK and much further afield to our centre and to be able to give colleagues a taste of how we support their students to East London. We look forward to continuing our work with colleagues across the world, and to welcoming many more to the University in the future.”
